This Week with Granna

Granna just left from a four day visit. There's so much to do here, it is hard to decide what to do during those few days. Thursday we went to see the waterfalls at Great Falls National Park.

By noon, this was the scene on the ground. Aaron wasn't going any further. We promptly left the Falls.

Friday we went to the Andrews Air Force Base airshow. It was great, but a little loud. Ethan wasn't a fan.

Aaron wasn't too bothered as long as he was in someone's lap when the planes passed by.

We saw several displays, including some aerobatics.

My favorite was the F-22.

Jusin had a dining out event Friday night. We got all dressed up & enjoyed the night while Aaron spent the evening with Granna. Thanks Granna!

Weekend with the Leaps

We have spent a large portion of this weekend with the Leaps. Friday we went to a local playground with a great sand pit. Aaron never got into the sand, but preferred to play on this dinky little see-saw.

Saturday we went to Six Flags. Although there were a few rides that Aaron was too little to ride, I was surprised by how many he could ride. The train garnered great big grins. I think especially since he could ride it by himself. We also rode the antique cars, the carousel and a mini-roller coaster- which was almost as jerky as a real roller coaster. Today, Justin made us a Mother's day brunch after church. I hope they enjoyed their weekend as much as we did. Sorry about the order of the pictures. Blogger is being a pain in the rear today.

Did I Tell You What Aunt Lori Taught Me?

Yep, my first cuss word. I won't tell you which one, but it rhymes with spit. I had never heard that word before.

OK, talk to you later. Bye.
